Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how you can request a return or exchange:

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, email us at contactsielle@gmail.com, and we’ll arrange an exchange.
  • Returns: To initiate a return, email us at contactsielle@gmail.com with your order details. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed as store credit within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
